Event Preparation & Setup
Yes. All staff arrive 60–90 minutes before the event start time to set up the bar and prepare the space. This setup period is not counted as part of your booked service hours.
Our standard bar is a clean, professional mobile bar table with linens. We can also provide expanded setups with serving tables, coolers, and branded elements upon request.
Bottle openers, wine buckets, bar tools, and any supplies included in your package. For complete supply needs, ask about our Complete Bar Package add-on.
Ice, cups, and mixers are available through our Complete Bar Package add-on ($1.50/hr per guest). Otherwise, we recommend having these on hand at your venue.
Drinks & Beverage Planning
We do not supply alcohol directly, but we coordinate with a licensed delivery partner to have alcohol delivered to your venue. Alcohol costs are separate from service fees.
Absolutely — signature cocktail creation is included in the Mixologist Package. We'll work with you to design a drink that fits your event's theme and personality.
Yes. We provide quantity guidance based on your guest count and event type. For exact quantities, we also offer an alcohol calculator on our website.
Billing, Policies & Payment
Service hours, guest count, package type, add-ons selected, number of bartenders needed, and any late-night surcharges. We provide transparent, itemized quotes before any commitment.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a 100% full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to our standard cancellation policy — contact us for details.
It has essentially never happened. But in the unlikely event of a no-show, we activate our backup coverage immediately and will provide a full refund or credit regardless.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment portal. Your deposit locks in your date and confirms your booking.

Insurance, Certification & Compliance
Yes. All Encore bookings are covered under a comprehensive liquor liability insurance policy. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request for venues that require it.
All bartenders are TIPS-certified and ServSafe trained. Many are also instructors from a certified bartending school, ensuring a higher standard of knowledge and professionalism.
We provide guidance on what may be required in your jurisdiction, but local event permits are the responsibility of the event organizer. We're happy to advise.
Corporate & Business Events
Yes. A completed W9 is available upon request for corporate clients who require it for vendor payment processing.
Yes. Formal invoices with all itemized line items are provided for every booking, and can be customized for corporate billing requirements.
